How can I order a trade show display (or other product) from Display Rental?

What forms of payment does Display Rental accept?

We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or you may pay via EFT.

Does Display Rental charge sales tax?

Varies based on your location.

How do you ship your products?

We generally ship using common carrier (ground freight). We can also ship via any of the well-known express freight services or we can ship using your preferred carrier. The shipment can be billed directly to your shipping account to help you streamline your expenses.

What will it cost to have my item(s) shipped?

Varies based on items ordered and distance shipped. Freight will be part of your project estimate.

Is it too late to order my tradeshow display rentals?

If you have an emergency, we can send you an exhibit, but to avoid rush fees you should try to order your display at least one month prior to your event to ensure availability and ample shipping time. If you want to make sure it is available and customize with graphics, or rent it turnkey with installation and dismantling, a couple more weeks would be preferable.

How long does it take to set-up your trade show displays? And, is it easy to do?

Time varies greatly depending on the type of exhibit you choose. Most of our inline exhibits (10x10 or 10x20) can be easily setup by the exhibitor. Larger, more customized exhibits (20x20 and larger) may require assistance from our professional I&D staff and partners. Please also note that some exhibit halls greatly limit what you, as the exhibitor can do.

How long will my trade show display last?

If you should decide to purchase your exhibit you can rest assured that all of our products are backed by the best manufacturers warranties in the business. This includes the “No Questions Asked” Lifetime Warranty available on all Instand hardware products from Nomadic Display.

Graphics can be printed for you as budget, or as upgraded, so if you plan on using them for several years, let us know you want them upgraded so they meet your needs.
